Bull Realty is seeking a Mall Leasing Manager to plan and execute leasing strategies for shopping mall projects. You will identify brands, negotiate terms, curate tenant mix, and drive occupancy targets to maximize leasing revenue.

Ideal candidates have 7–12 years in shopping mall or retail leasing, with strong CRM/MIS skills and a track record of corporate outreach and market analysis. Remote-friendly with nationwide responsibilities.

Competenze

Bachelor’s degree in business or related field required.
MBA in Marketing or Real Estate preferred.
7–12 years in mall/retail leasing.

Mansioni

Develop and execute mall leasing strategy and optimize tenant mix.
Acquire and onboard brands across categories and build relationships with decision-makers.
Lead commercial negotiations on rentals, CAM, fit-out periods, and lease terms.
Maintain CRM and leasing pipeline, track site visits and closures.
Prepare market dashboards and leasing dashboards for reporting.
