Job summary

BRMi seeks an Identity & Access Management Engineer to support RACF security on IBM z/OS mainframes. You will manage provisioning, RBAC, SoD, and audit readiness while collaborating with cybersecurity, infrastructure, and compliance teams.

Ideal candidates have extensive RACF experience, IAM governance skills, and the ability to drive security improvements using mainframe utilities and automation tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field.
• 5+ years managing IBM z/OS mainframe security (RACF).
• Experience with IAM governance, access reviews, and audits.

Responsibilities

• Administer and maintain RACF security for enterprise z/OS systems.
• Manage identity lifecycle: provisioning, changes, deprovisioning.
• Configure RACF profiles and SETROPTS for compliance.
• Enforce least privilege, RBAC, and SoD across mainframe.
• Support access reviews, certifications, and audit activities.
