NTT DATA, Inc. is seeking a Technology Consulting Manager with deep CICS experience to join our US team.

This remote role requires strong CICS knowledge and backend mainframe skills to supervise deployment, testing, and support within the IBM mainframe environment. You will lead teams across installs, security, recovery planning, and performance tuning, ensuring timely 2nd/3rd level support for CICS-based applications while coordinating with developers and operations.

Qualifications

• 10+ CICS System Programmer or Technical Specialist experience.
• Experience with CICS Transaction Server 4.2 and/or 5.3.
• Experience with SMP/E and ACF2 & RACF.
• Willingness to work in a remote US-based role.

Responsibilities

• Install, administrate, and maintain CICS systems software.
• Support and maintain CICS production and out-of-hours issues.
• Provide technical assistance to developers and support teams.
• Design and develop hardware and software technology solutions.
• Lead problem investigations and recovery in complex situations.
• Install and test new CICS versions.
• Provide 2nd and 3rd level support for CICS-based applications.
• Ensure user access, security, and data recovery planning.
• Monitor performance and storage, ensure data archiving.
