Job summary

NTT DATA is seeking a Mainframe Developer in Dallas, Texas to provide technical leadership and develop architecture solutions for high-scale data processing. You will reinforce standards, mentor engineers, and work with Operations to plan infrastructure upgrades for optimal uptime.

The role requires strong CICS, COBOL, and DB2 expertise, with knowledge of VSAM, JCL, and related tools. Financial services brokerage domain experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or similar subject.
• 5+ years of information technology experience.
• Financial services experience, preferably in Brokerage Domain.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership for key initiatives.
• Develop and maintain architecture solutions for high-scale data processing.
• Set and reinforce technical standards.
• Lead junior and senior engineers and mentor them.
• Assess current platform implementations and elevate platform to meet customer needs.
• Collaborate with Operations to plan infrastructure upgrades and optimize performance.
• Suggest process improvements and drive better customer service.
• Participate in code reviews, unit testing, and production support.
