Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a full-time analyst for the Non-MAC team to review pricing, respond to inquiries, and ensure regulatory compliance across state agencies. The role supports DOI responses and collaborates with the Legal team to address Non-MAC related matters.

The position requires a Bachelor's degree, PBM experience with non-MAC processes, and familiarity with RxClaim (AS400). Strong Excel and Salesforce skills are preferred, with a 40-hour workweek at our Phoenix location.

Qualifications

• PBM experience with non-MAC appeals and state regulations.
• Experience with RxClaim platform (AS400).

Responsibilities

• Review and resolve Non-MAC pricing inquiries and regulatory responses.
• Validate pricing and product information using trusted sources (e.g., Medispan).
• Support the Non-MAC team contractors with training and questions.
• Assist with DOI inquiries and regulatory submissions as needed.
• Provide ad hoc management support and participate in testing IT systems.
