Job summary

Qualifications

• PBM experience with non-MAC appeals, regulations, and claims adjudication.
• Experience with RxClaim platform (AS400).

Responsibilities

• Review and resolve Non-MAC pricing inquiries.
• Validate pricing using Medispan and wholesaler data.
• Monitor market conditions and escalate issues to leadership.
• Support team with training and questions as needed.
• Assist IT testing for system implementations and accuracy.
• Respond to DOI inquiries with accurate information.
• Support management with ad hoc tasks and projects.
