Our client, a rapidly growing PBM, is seeking an Analyst, Network Operations to support pharmacy network pricing, plan configuration, MAC updates, reimbursement analysis, and pricing quality assurance. This is a hands‑on role for someone with strong analytical skills and experience working with PBM, pharmacy, claims, pricing, or reimbursement data.

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience in PBM operations, pharmacy network operations, pricing/reimbursement, benefit configuration, claims, or a related healthcare environment
• Experience with pricing, reimbursement, network, benefit plan, or claims configuration processes
• Strong Excel skills and ability to analyze claims, pricing, reimbursement, and performance data
• Familiarity with MAC pricing and pharmacy reimbursement concepts preferred
• Experience with SQL, Power BI, Tableau, Databricks, Domo, or similar analytics tools is a plus
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to work independently and communicate issues clearly
