You will oversee dispensaries, ensure regional goals are met, and implement national initiatives to deliver an outstanding customer experience and consistent operations.

• 10+ years of retail management experience in a multi-site environment.
• Strong Excel and MS Office skills for reporting and analytics.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for leadership and collaboration.
• Availability to travel within the state and beyond as needed.

Responsibilities

• Build a high-performing regional leadership team with targeted talent development.
• Drive regional KPI attainment including revenue targets and market share.
• Coach leaders through feedback, performance reviews and succession planning.
