Nelnet is seeking a skilled M365 Engineer to administer and govern SharePoint Online, Viva, Power Platform, Fabric, and Azure services for a secure, efficient Modern Workplace.

You will partner with security and business teams, drive automation, and mentor staff while maintaining governance and platform health. Remote-friendly full-time role with strong benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on experience administering Microsoft 365 in an enterprise environment.

Responsibilities

• Modern Workplace Platform Administration & Governance: Administer and support SharePoint Online, Viva, Power Platform, Fabric, Azure services, and Copilot with governance and reliability.
• SharePoint Online & Content Collaboration: Manage sites, permissions, document management, adoption, and information governance.
• Business Enablement & Low-Code: Identify automation and reporting opportunities using Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI.
• Fabric & Analytics: Support Fabric and Power BI administration for data integration and BI use cases.
• Azure Services Management: Administer Azure resources for Modern Workplace solutions and governance.
• Copilot Readiness & Adoption: Enable governance and adoption for Copilot in M365.
• Automation: Automate tasks via PowerShell, Graph, REST, JSON, webhooks.
• Security & Change Management: Partner with security and other teams for secure, compliant operation.
