GovCIO is hiring for a M365 Global Administrator to support our government customers. This position is fully remote within the United States and requires expertise in IT infrastructure, networks, and security.

Responsibilities include establishing and maintaining computer systems, upgrading servers, planning for new technologies, and coordinating with support teams. The candidate should have 10+ years of IT/systems administration, a HUD Public Trust clearance, and a Bachelor's degree.

Qualifications

• 10 years of IT/ systems administrator experience.
• Active HUD Public Trust clearance is required.
• Bachelor's degree plus commensurate experience or equivalent.

Responsabilités

• Establishes and maintains smooth operation of computer systems in networked or stand-alone configurations, upgrades systems/servers as needed.
• Plans and implements network/system security measures to protect data, software, and hardware.
• Documents operational instructions and ensures appropriate documentation exists.
• Writes/modifies scripts to resolve performance problems and automate tasks.
• Coordinates maintenance activities with support teams and stakeholders.
• Represents recommendations for changes to improve system configurations and hardware/software requirements.
