Job summary

The company is seeking a skilled M365 Engineer to administer and optimize Microsoft 365 services, including SharePoint Online, Viva, Power Platform, Fabric, and Copilot. You will contribute to governance, security, and automation across Azure services and analytics platforms, partnering with various teams to deliver reliable collaboration solutions.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in enterprise Microsoft 365 administration, strong scripting abilities, and familiarity with security controls,

Qualifications

3+ years of hands-on experience administering Microsoft 365 in an enterprise environment.
Experience administering and governing SharePoint Online and related workloads.
Experience with Viva, Power Platform, Power BI, Copilot Studio, Fabric, or similar platforms.
Experience supporting Microsoft Azure services related to Modern Workplace solutions.
Experience supporting Copilot for Microsoft 365 readiness, governance or enablement.
Experience with PowerShell, Graph API, REST APIs, JSON, and automation technologies.
Familiarity with MFA, conditional access, DLP, retention policies, and information governance.
Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

Administer and support SharePoint Online, Viva, Power Platform, Fabric, Azure, and Copilot with governance and reliability.
Support collaboration sites, content management, permissions, site architecture, and information governance.
Identify automation opportunities using Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and related tools.
Assist Fabric and Power BI administration for data integration and analytics.
Manage Azure subscriptions, resources, and governance for Modern Workplace solutions.
Support Copilot readiness, governance, adoption, and end-user enablement.
Automate admin tasks via PowerShell, Graph API, REST, and related technologies.
Collaborate with security, compliance, and infrastructure teams for secure operations.
Create and maintain documentation, runbooks, and training materials; mentor staff.
Monitor platform health and roadmap updates; propose reliability and security improvements.
