Job summary

SHI International Corp. is seeking a Solutions Architect - M365 Collab for remote work. You will implement Microsoft 365 workloads, including Teams, SharePoint Online and OneDrive for Business, and guide customers on best practices.

You will migrate workloads and build documentation, collaborating with sales and delivery teams to align with client objectives. The role emphasizes leadership, problem solving, and cross‑functional collaboration, with a base salary in range and tech-driven benefits.

Qualifications

• Completed Bachelor’s or technical degree in Computer Engineering or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in solutions architecture or software engineering.
• 3+ years of experience designing, implementing and integrating Microsoft Collaboration technology.
• 3+ years of experience working with and migrating Microsoft Collaboration technology.
• 3+ years of experience developing and executing scripts for automation and deployment.

Responsibilities

• Implement Microsoft 365 workloads including Teams, SharePoint Online and OneDrive for Business.
• Provide guidance to customers on best practices for Microsoft 365 deployments.
• Migrate and deploy multiple Microsoft 365 workloads using SHI standards.
• Develop and update documentation on customer Microsoft 365 environments.
• Collaborate with sales, delivery and other teams to scope, design, and deliver services.
• Lead development of Statements of Work (SOWs) and drive revenue growth in professional services.
