Job summary

SHI International Corp. seeks a Solutions Architect for M365 Collab to implement Microsoft 365 workloads including Teams, SharePoint Online and OneDrive for Business for our customers and partners.

This remote role is supported by SHI’s home-office policy and teams across the globe. You will guide customers, migrate workloads, create documentation, develop SOWs, and drive professional services growth while collaborating with sales and delivery teams to ensure successful deployments and client

Qualifications

• Completed Bachelor’s, Technical degree or related work experience in Computer Engineering or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in solutions architecture or software engineering.
• 3+ years of experience designing, implementing and integrating Microsoft Collaboration technology.

Responsibilities

• Implement Microsoft 365 technology including: Microsoft Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive for Business, Microsoft Power Platform, Microsoft Viva.
• Provide guidance to SHI customers and partners on best practices for Microsoft 365 deployments.
• Migrate and deploy multiple Microsoft 365 workloads utilizing SHI’s standards and best practices.
• Analyze environment discovery data utilizing SHI tools and discovery scripts.
• Build and update documentation on customer Microsoft 365 environments and integrations.
• Assist Solution Architects with project tasks for Microsoft 365 tenant migrations and consolidations.
• Collaborate with sales team in identifying and closing opportunities through customer discovery and scoping meetings and presentations.
• Lead the development of SOWs, working closely with various teams to ensure alignment with client needs and business objectives.
• Drive revenue growth within the professional services team by identifying new opportunities and optimizing service offerings.
• Collaborate with SHI Stakeholder partner teams to create synergistic service solutions.
• Engage with SHI sales teams, including front line sellers and customer success managers, to ensure a unified approach to service delivery and client engagement.
• Contribute to practice development by identifying areas for growth and leading innovation initiatives.
