Qualifikationen

• 1–4 years of professional experience in transactional or corporate law.
• J.D./LL.B./LL.M. from an accredited law school.
• Licensed to practice law in the U.S., Canada, or U.K. (active or inactive).
• Strong experience in contract review, due diligence, governance, NDA drafting, or securities filings.
• Excellent written communication skills with high attention to detail.

Aufgaben

• Design realistic deal scenarios from transactional practice such as M&A due diligence, SPAs/APAs, and securities filings.
• Write golden reference responses at attorney-level quality.
• Grade AI-generated responses using structured rubrics.
• Provide written feedback to improve model behaviour.
• Participate in onboarding office hours and specialty calibration sessions.
