Job summary

Obsidian is seeking Transactional and Corporate Attorneys to design deal scenarios and evaluate AI model outputs using high-quality legal reasoning. This fully remote role requires 15+ hours per week and starts immediately.

Ideal candidates will have 1–4 years of experience in transactional or corporate law and hold a J.D. or LL.B./LL.M. You will focus on contract review, due diligence, and corporate governance, with a pay range of $100 to $150 per hour.

Qualifications

• 1–4 years of professional experience in transactional or corporate law.
• Licensed to practice law in the U.S. (active or inactive).
• Strong experience with legal documents and excellent attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Design realistic deal scenarios based on transactional practice.
• Write high-quality reference responses for evaluation.
• Grade AI-generated responses and provide feedback.
