Qualifications

• Senior Associate or VP level with M&A/boutique or sector-focused advisory experience.
• Hands-on deal experience with live acquisitions or sales processes and deliverables.
• Experience producing and reviewing analytical and presentation materials to senior bankers.
• Strong Excel modeling, scenario analysis, and clear outputs.

Responsibilities

• Conduct company and industry research to inform data-driven AI training.
• Perform buyer/target screening, comps analysis, and financial modeling tasks.
• Build and troubleshoot Excel-based valuation and transaction models.
• Prepare materials akin to client presentations or pitchbooks.
• Analyze sample materials for errors and provide actionable feedback.
• Explain accounting treatments, deal sensitivities, and key assumptions.
• Deliver clear written and verbal explanations of complex financial concepts.
