ReSource Pro is seeking a Senior M&A Integration Manager to drive ERP integrations and finance-focused workstreams across acquisitions. You will coordinate with senior leadership, manage timelines, and ensure successful execution of integration plans aligned to strategic objectives.

This remote US role emphasizes collaboration, accountability, and delivering high‑impact results. The role requires 5–7 years in project management and 3–5 years in M&A, with ERP and project management tool

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 5-7 years’ experience in project management.
• 3-5 years’ minimum experience in mergers & acquisitions; high level of knowledge of M&A integration lifecycle.
• Experience with ERP integrations and project management tools.
• PMP, CCMP, or similar certifications preferred.
• Strong collaboration and stakeholder relationship skills.
• Excellent communication and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Lead the planning and execution of acquisition integrations and strategic initiatives.
• Coordinate integration activities, manage timelines, and report progress.
• Develop and manage comprehensive integration plans focused on strategic thesis.
• Align with senior leadership and department heads on plans and timelines.
• Oversee cross-functional workstreams, track milestones, and drive buy‑in.
• Facilitate workstream meetings and escalate risks or blockers as needed.
• Document lessons learned and contribute to playbooks and planning materials.
• Maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders, onshore and offshore.
• Communicate expectations clearly and ensure timely follow‑up on deliverables.
