Job summary

Zeal Business Brokers is seeking a remote Business Broker/M&A Advisor to source and qualify buyers and sellers, perform initial valuations, and prepare professional marketing packages and confidential information memoranda. You will manage deal pipelines, coordinate communications, and support negotiations to guide clients through each step of the transaction process.

Qualifications

Client relationships and communication skills to build trust with business owners, investors, and international clients.
Financial analysis and valuation skills to review financial statements and support pricing.
Negotiation and deal management skills to coordinate offers and due diligence.
Market research and strategic thinking to identify trends and opportunities.
Digital fluency using CRM systems, online platforms, and AI-enabled tools.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail to manage multiple deals.
Experience in business brokerage, M&A advisory, or related fields is beneficial.
Understanding of basic legal and tax concepts related to business sales is an advantage.
Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, economics, or related discipline is preferred.
Ability to work independently in a remote environment with integrity and professionalism.
