Qualifications

• Senior execution or leadership experience in investment banking, private equity, or transaction advisory.
• Executed M&A or capital-markets transactions with ownership of financial modeling.
• Expert command of valuation, financial statements, deal process, and presentation standards.

Responsibilities

• Review AI work across merger models, accretion and dilution, and precedent transactions.
• Assess if assumptions and conclusions reflect real investment-banking practice.
• Spot errors and mislead risks, and provide corrective guidance and client-ready recommendations.
• Provide concise corrections, model logic, and examples of standard expectations for associates/senior bankers.
• Communicate findings clearly and enable timely deal process decisions.
