Qualifications

• Experience in investment banking or related senior roles (Senior Associate/VP).
• Hands-on experience with live M&A processes or deals.
• Strong expertise in financial modeling, valuation, and scenario analysis.
• Experience with company research, target screening, comparable company analysis, and pitchbook prep.
• Ability to review and improve analytical and client-facing materials.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct company and industry research to support financial analysis and AI training.
• Perform target screening, comparable company analysis, and transaction analysis.
• Build, review, and troubleshoot Excel-based financial and valuation models.
• Prepare and review pitchbooks and client presentation materials.
• Analyze financial materials for numerical errors, valuation issues, and logical inconsistencies.
• Explain accounting treatments, valuation adjustments, assumptions, and transaction sensitivities.
• Provide clear written and verbal explanations of complex financial concepts.
