YO AI Labs seeks an Investment Banking Expert to contribute to financial modeling, valuation, and transaction analysis for our client projects. Remote contractor role focusing on advising on market deals, modeling, and AI training data preparation.

The ideal candidate has Senior Associate or VP-level experience in M&A or investment banking, with hands-on deal experience, strong Excel skills, and the ability to communicate complex financial concepts clearly.

Qualifications

• Senior Associate or VP level experience in M&A or investment banking.
• Hands-on experience with live acquisition or sale processes.
• Strong Excel financial modeling, valuation, and scenario analysis skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct company and industry research to support financial analysis and AI training.
• Perform target screening, comparable company analysis, and transaction analysis.
• Build, review, and troubleshoot Excel-based financial and valuation models.
• Prepare and review pitchbooks and client presentation materials.
• Analyze financial materials for numerical errors, valuation issues, and logical inconsistencies.
• Explain accounting treatments, valuation adjustments, assumptions, and transaction sensitivities.
