Job summary

Insurance Office of America is seeking an Integration Manager – M&A to plan, coordinate, and execute merger and acquisition integrations and large-scale transformations. The role interfaces with executive leadership, cross-functional teams, and external partners to ensure on-schedule, on-budget results.

The ideal candidate has 8–10+ years of project management and P&C insurance experience, with exposure to M&A integrations and transformation programs. PMP is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field required; MBA preferred.
• 8-10+ years of project management and P&C insurance experience.
• Experience leading M&A integrations or large-scale enterprise initiatives preferred.
• PMP certification preferred.
• Strong project management, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Define project objectives, integration roadmaps, timelines, success measures, and governance structures.
• Lead merger and acquisition integration initiatives, coordinating cross-functional workstreams.
• Oversee large-scale transformation projects ensuring alignment of processes, systems, teams, and objectives.
• Manage internal resources, third-party vendors, and stakeholders to ensure appropriate allocation of support.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, monitor progress, and manage risks and issues.
