Job summary

ReSource Pro is seeking a Senior M&A Integration Manager to serve as the acquisition integration partner focused on ERP, Accounting & Finance, Tax, and Treasury across acquisitions. You will coordinate with functional leadership and cross‑functional stakeholders to plan, manage timelines, report progress, and ensure successful execution of integration plans aligned to our strategic objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree.
• 5-7 years' experience in project management.
• 3-5 years' minimum experience in mergers & acquisitions; high knowledge of M&A integration lifecycle.
• ERP/finance/accounting M&A experience preferred.
• PMP, CCMP, or similar certifications preferred.
• Experience with ERP integrations/migrations and PM tools (ClickUp, Asana, Monday.com).
• Strong collaboration and ability to build positive relationships with teams.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Excellent communication and exceptionally high attention to detail.
• Project/change management: drive deadlines and accountability.

Responsibilities

• Leverage due diligence learnings for assigned functions to develop and manage integration plans focused on strategy and milestones.
• Obtain alignment from Senior Leadership and Departmental Leadership on integration plans and timelines.
• Lead execution of integration projects within assigned workstreams; manage timelines and deliverables.
• Collaborate with leadership across workstreams, NewCo, and Integration Management Office to orchestrate activities.
• Manage day-to-day execution of integration workstreams; track action items and provide status reports.
• Conduct postmortem reviews and document best practices for future improvements.
• Support documentation of integration strategies, playbooks, and planning materials.
• Establish and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure project success.
• Communicate expectations clearly; liaise with stakeholders regularly.
• Ensure adherence to PM best practices and provide PM leadership and coaching.
