Job summary

J2T Recruiting is seeking a Manager/Senior Manager, Finance Acquisitions Integration to lead post-close integrations and financial alignment across newly acquired businesses. You will bridge the gap between acquired entities and central corporate finance, helping transition ERPs, align charts of accounts, and standardize reporting.

The role requires 7–15 years of finance/integration experience, a Bachelor’s degree, and exposure to private equity or multi-company M&A.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 7–15 years of progressive finance, integration, or accounting experience.
• Experience with ERP transitions and multi-company M&A integrations.

Responsibilities

• Lead post-close financial and operational system integrations across acquired companies.
• Support WIP accounting, chart-of-accounts alignments, and standardized reporting.
• Train acquired finance teams and align with corporate finance.
