Job summary

Reworld Projects, LLC is seeking a Senior Integration Manager to drive end-to-end integration governance and value realization across acquisitions. You will lead cross-functional teams, own synergy delivery, and establish repeatable integration playbooks aligned with operational excellence principles.

You will operate at strategic and execution levels, ensuring Day 1 readiness, cadence adherence, and clear ownership of value initiatives across functions.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in M&A integration, operations, or consulting.
• Proven track record leading cross-functional integrations.
• Experience creating value and delivering synergies.
• Experience in industrial, energy, or operational environments.

Responsibilities

• Develop integration strategy and planning with Day 1 and 0–90/90–180 plans.
• Lead tollgate reviews with executive leadership.
• Manage end-to-end synergy tracking and value initiatives.
• Oversee cross-functional integration across Finance, HR, IT, Operations, Commercial, and EHS.
• Drive Day 1 readiness and operational continuity.
• Develop integration communication and manage change.
• Build and improve integration playbook and tools.
