ReSource Pro is seeking a Senior M&A Integration Manager to lead ERP-focused integration efforts across Accounting, Tax, and Treasury. You will manage timelines, coordinate with leadership and cross-functional teams, and ensure successful execution of integration plans aligned to strategic objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 5–7 years project management experience.
• 3–5 years M&A integration experience preferred.
• Experience with ERP integrations (Oracle/SAP/Workday) preferred.
• PM certifications (PMP/CCMP) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage comprehensive integration plans to support the investment thesis.
• Align with Senior Leadership and Corporate Development on integration plans.
• Lead execution of integration projects and manage timelines and milestones.
• Coordinate with workstreams and leadership to orchestrate activities across programs.
• Facilitate meetings, track action items, and report progress to leadership.
• Capture lessons learned and contribute to playbooks and materials.
