Rely Services® is seeking a Mergers and Acquisitions Manager to support our acquisition growth strategy. This full-time role handles sourcing, transaction advisory, diligence coordination, closing readiness, and post-merger integration across multiple teams.

The M&A Manager will collaborate with leadership, finance, legal, tax, accounting, lenders, and external advisors to manage opportunities from sourcing through close and post-close integration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, Operations, or related field.
• Extensively experienced in mergers and acquisitions, corporate development, or related deal roles.
• Experience coordinating due diligence across multiple domains.

Responsibilities

• Acquire sourcing and deal origination aligned with growth strategy.
• Coordinate due diligence across financial, legal, tax, and operational aspects.
• Prepare target profiles and manage transaction timelines and workplans.
• Support closing readiness and post-close integration planning.
• Provide strategic advisory to leadership throughout the transaction lifecycle.
