Job summary

CRH in Austin, Texas is seeking a Finance Integration Manager who will be responsible for leading all finance-related integration activities for mergers and acquisitions. This role ensures seamless integration into the company’s financial systems, maintaining business continuity and compliance.

The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting, with 7+ years of progressive experience in finance. Preferred qualifications include a CPA, CMA, or MBA and strong knowledge of accounting principles.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of progressive experience in finance, accounting, or financial operations.
• Direct experience with mergers & acquisitions, financial integrations, or large-scale system/process transformations.
• Experience integrating ERP, billing, or POS systems in multi-site or industrial businesses.

Responsibilities

• Lead all finance-related integration activities for mergers & acquisitions.
• Coordinate the transition of financial responsibilities from seller to company.
• Establish interim and permanent financial controls and approval workflows.
