Job summary

Summit School Services LLC is seeking an M&A Operations Integration Manager to lead the integration of acquired businesses from pre-close planning through stabilization and full integration. The role links Corporate Development with leadership and functional teams to ensure continuity, customer service, and measurable results.

The candidate develops integration plans, establishes governance, identifies risks and synergies, and tracks value creation.

Qualifications

7+ years of experience in operations, program/project management, or business transformation.
Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with ability to translate issues into actionable plans.
Excellent communication, facilitation, negotiation, and stakeholder-management skills.
Must be able to travel minimally 75%.

Responsibilities

Lead operational integration planning and execution for mergers, acquisitions, and strategic transactions from pre-close to post-close.
Develop comprehensive integration plans with milestones, owners, timelines, risks, and performance measures.
Coordinate cross-functional integration activities across Operations, Finance, HR, IT, Legal, and more.
Develop Day 1 and 30/60/90-day integration plans and longer-term roadmaps.
Monitor risks, synergies, cost savings, and value-creation initiatives to deliver measurable results.
Facilitate governance and decisions, ensuring business continuity and senior leadership alignment.
Support integration standardization and the adoption of new processes and systems.
