Job summary

Privia Health is seeking a senior Business Development professional to lead M&A integration efforts, partner with senior leadership, and build a new integration function from the ground up.

You will manage cross-functional workstreams, conduct due diligence calls, create project plans and budgets, and develop outreach playbooks for prospective provider organizations. A healthcare PM background and PMP certification are highly valued.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or Healthcare Administration preferred.
• 6+ years of project management experience in a healthcare setting with PMP certification.
• Excellent top-management communication skills and experience with Monday.com.

Responsibilities

• Manage cross-functional M&A integration workstreams and develop project plans, timelines, and budgets.
• Lead diligence calls and oversee day-to-day project management of key deals.
• Create playbooks and support outreach campaigns to prospective provider organizations.
