Job summary

Iterative Health is seeking a senior leader to drive M&A strategy and execution, expanding its clinical research network through acquisitions and de novo development. You will partner with the Chief Development Officer and executives to map targets, structure deals, and oversee due diligence and integration across cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• 8–10+ years in M&A, corporate development, investment banking, private equity, or similar roles.
• Experience leading and closing complex acquisitions and strategic transactions.
• Healthcare/health-tech domain knowledge or adjacent multi-site industries.
• Advanced financial modeling, valuation, and deal-structuring skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end M&A lifecycle: sourcing, valuation, due diligence, structuring, negotiation, closing.
• Coordinate cross-functional diligence across finance, legal, operations, people, technology, and regulatory functions.
• Develop acquisition models, pro forma projections, and synergy assessments for value creation.
• Present recommendations to C-suite and Board; mentor the corporate development team.
