Job summary

Privia Health seeks an M&A Integration Project Director to lead a new function within the Business Development team. You will manage multiple high-stakes deals and partner with senior leadership to shape the company’s growth strategy, driving integration from diligence through post-close activities.

You will work with internal stakeholders across finance, operations, and IT to build scalable playbooks, monitor budgets, and escalate issues promptly.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's in Finance, Business, Economics, or Healthcare Administration preferred.
• 6+ years of project management experience in healthcare settings.
• PMP certification required.
• Strong top-management communication and stakeholder management.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and budgeting across multiple deals.

Responsibilities

• Project manage cross-functional workstreams for all M&A deal integrations.
• Develop and maintain project plans, timelines and stakeholder comms across business units.
• Develop and monitor integration budgets and escalation processes.
• Lead due diligence calls and post-deal integration activities.
