Location: Remote. Compensation ranges from $135,000 to $150,000 per year, with a potential 15% annual bonus and comprehensive benefits. PMP certification and HIPAA familiarity are preferred qualifications.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or Healthcare Administration.
• 6+ years of project management experience in healthcare.
• PMP certification required.
• Experience managing complex M&A integration workstreams.
• Familiarity with HIPAA regulations.

For our client, we are seeking a M&A Integration Project Director to join the team of a leader in the Healthcare space.

This role will drive complex integration efforts tied to mergers, acquisitions, and strategic partnerships across a healthcare organization. The position will coordinate cross-functional stakeholders, manage critical timelines and budgets, and help build repeatable processes that support successful post-deal execution. It will also partner closely with leadership and external counterparties to advance diligence, integration planning, and growth initiatives.

Location: Remote

Compensation: $135,000 – $150,000 annually

Responsibilities

• Project manage cross-functional workstreams for M&A deal integration
• Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and stakeholder communication strategies

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or Healthcare Administration preferred

• Proven ability to manage multiple high-stakes projects simultaneously
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for top-management engagement
• Familiarity with project management tools, including Monday.com
