Job summary

WTW group is seeking a Client Manager for a fully remote position open to candidates across the United States. The role blends internal partnership, service delivery, and client-facing duties in Commercial Property and Casualty insurance.

Responsibilities include managing mid-market accounts, analyzing exposures, negotiating renewals, and coordinating with carriers and clients to ensure optimal coverage and profitability. Strong communication and knowledge of P&C required.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of Property & Casualty insurance experience in a client-facing or carrier-facing role.
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Familiarity with insurance contracts and renewal processes.
• Ability to analyze exposure and advise on coverage gaps.

Responsibilities

• Retain and manage lower mid-market accounts based on revenue and coverage needs.
• Review client contracts to ensure appropriate coverage.
• Lead strategy meetings and document outcomes.
• Prepare and deliver renewal materials and proposals.
• Collaborate with carriers, brokers, and clients to gather updated exposures.
