• Proficient in legal research, drafting, and transaction-doc review.
• Capable of clear explanations and remote collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and annotate complex M&A and corporate law scenarios for AI training.
• Conduct legal research on M&A, private equity transactions, and related matters.
• Review and refine datasets for legal accuracy and relevance.
• Provide written feedback on legal reasoning, deal structures, and documents.
