Job summary

SRS Acquiom Inc. is seeking an Associate Attorney for the Deal Intake group in a hybrid/remote role. You will draft, review, and finalize engagement documents for shareholder representation, coordinating with internal teams and external counsel.

The position requires a JD, license to practice in at least one state, and 1–2 years of relevant experience. Strong communication and attention to detail are essential for successful deals.

Qualifications

• J.D. from an accredited law school with strong academic credentials.
• Licensed to practice law in at least one state.
• 1–2 years of legal work experience post-law school preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with Deal team and external counsel on engagement documents.
• Review, negotiate, and finalize transaction documents (merger agreements, engagement letters, etc.).
• Maintain expertise in M&A terms and SRSA procedures for Deal documents.
