This is a fully remote, flexible role with 5–20 hours per week, ASAP start. The ideal candidate has 3+ years of M&A experience at a leading firm, with a proven ability to develop compelling narratives and high-quality slide

Qualifications

• 3+ years of M&A experience at a top firm.
• Deep expertise in structured communication and slide craftsmanship.
• Excellent PowerPoint and slide craftsmanship with strong written communication.

Responsibilities

• Create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated presentations and slide decks across core workflows.
