Job summary

Transworld Business Advisors Lincoln & Omaha is seeking a proactive Business Broker/M&A Advisor to guide business owners through sales and acquisitions. You will manage relationships, buyer activity, negotiations, and due diligence from listing to close, while building local referral networks.

The role offers substantial commissions, independence, and the support of an established brokerage network with flexible scheduling and remote or office options.

Qualifications

• Excellent consultative sales ability and trust-building with business owners.
• Strong communication, time-management, networking and relationship-building skills.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Guide small and mid-sized business owners through sale or acquisition.
• Manage client relationships, buyer activity, negotiations and due diligence.
• Coordinate listing through closing and build local referral networks.
• Market businesses confidentially and professionally; facilitate negotiations.
