Job summary

Greenland Advisors is seeking a remote business broker driven to grow a premier marketplace for buying and selling businesses. You will originate listings, nurture broker relationships, and manage live deals from engagement to close, while advising BAM clients on their own acquisitions.

Our buyers are well-curated, funded, and ready to act; you’ll help them find the right opportunities and coordinate the process end-to-end.

Qualifications

• Experience in business brokerage or M&A advisory.
• Proven ability to build broker relationships across the industry.
• Ability to manage end-to-end deals from sourcing to close.

Responsibilities

• New listings: Sourcing and signing businesses into the Greenland Deal Marketplace — outbound to owners, referral partners, and inbound leads from our marketing.
• The broker network: Co-brokering relationships across the industry, built and maintained by you, using our buyer roster as the opening.
• Live transactions: Greenland listings from engagement letter to closing table: valuation input, packaging, buyer outreach, offer management, diligence coordination, close.
• Buyer advisory: Direct support to BAM clients on their own deals — analysis, structure, valuation, diligence questions, negotiation posture.
• A clean pipeline in GoHighLevel: Accurate records on every listing, every broker relationship, every buyer placement. Every conversation logged, every next step scheduled.
• Market intelligence: What sellers are asking for, where deals are breaking, what other brokers are seeing.
