Job summary

Velocity Black by Capital One is seeking a Travel Specialist, Principal Coordinator to join our remote travel team. You will communicate with clients and suppliers to deliver best‑in‑class service and arrange flights, hotels, and car rentals.

This role requires 2+ years of Luxury Hospitality, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays. GDS experience and global supplier coordination are a plus.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, or Equivalent Certification.
• At least 2 years of Luxury Hospitality experience.
• Experience with GDS or other online travel tools is preferred.
• Able to work evenings, weekends and some holidays.

Responsibilities

• Assisting clients in booking travel, including flights, hotels, vacation homes and car rentals.
• Use GDS and online tools to book and communicate with suppliers.
• Collaborate with suppliers worldwide to secure best rates, perks and service.
