Rudyb Travel is seeking a Remote Travel Customer Service Representative to support clients throughout their travel journey, from initial booking to post-trip follow-up. In this client-facing role, you will serve as a trusted point of contact—from initial booking through post-trip follow-up—ensuring a seamless, personalized, and high-quality experience.

In this role, you’ll deliver empathetic, proactive service, coordinate itineraries, and answer questions about destinations and policies.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Customer service experience in travel, hospitality, or related fields preferred.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Comfortable using technology and learning new booking systems.
• Reliable, proactive, and able to manage multiple client requests.
• Genuine interest in travel and helping clients plan memorable experiences.

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly and professionally to client inquiries via phone, email, and messaging platforms.
• Assist with luxury and leisure travel bookings, including changes, cancellations, and special requests.
• Provide accurate information regarding destinations, travel requirements, and agency policies.
• Coordinate booking details and confirm itineraries to ensure accuracy and client satisfaction.
• Proactively follow up with clients before and after travel to ensure a positive experience.
• Address client concerns with empathy, professionalism, and solution-oriented thinking.
• Maintain accurate documentation and update booking systems as required.
