• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

• Ability to provide attentive and personalized support.
• Comfortable researching and evaluating multiple vacation options.
• Ability to manage several client requests, follow-ups, and deadlines.
• Willingness to learn supplier systems and digital tools.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently.
• Must be 18 years of age.
• Must reside in the United States, United Kingdom, Spain, Australia, Mexico, or another qualifying region.

Responsibilities

• Learn about each client's preferred destinations, travel dates, budget, interests, priorities, and special requests.
• Research premium resorts, hotels, cruises, transportation, tours, excursions, activities, and other vacation services using approved supplier resources.
• Help coordinate selected arrangements and keep confirmations, reservation information, schedules, and itinerary details accurate and organized.
• Maintain proactive communication by sharing updates, answering routine questions, following up on pending items, and assisting with standard changes or requests.
• Review important details for accuracy, track deadlines, maintain current client records, and continue developing destination and supplier knowledge.
