Hope’s Global Getaways is seeking a polished Luxury Client Experience Specialist to help clients plan elevated vacations from a remote setting. You will research premium options, coordinate personalized services, and ensure important details are handled with care throughout the process.

Responsibilities

• Consult with clients to understand destinations, travel dates, budget, style preferences, priorities, and special requests.
• Research upscale resorts, luxury hotels, cruises, transportation, tours, excursions, activities, and other premium options using approved resources.
• Assist with coordinating selected arrangements and maintain organized confirmations, reservation details, schedules, and itinerary information.
• Provide attentive client support by sharing updates, answering routine questions, following up on outstanding items, and assisting with changes or requests.
• Review arrangements for accuracy, monitor deadlines, maintain detailed client records, and continue expanding destination and supplier knowledge.
