Qualifications

• Experience in salon or luxury beauty sales and building client relationships.
• Proven ability to acquire new clients and grow market share.
• Strong CRM skills, especially Salesforce.
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint).
• Bachelor's degree or higher preferred.

Responsibilities

• Secure new partnerships and sell Kerastase and Shu Uemura to premium salons.
• Schedule demos with brand education partners to win new business.
• Develop 6-month sales plans and track salon growth and treatment purchases.
• Maintain relationships with existing salons and maximize short- and long-term sales.
