The role emphasizes relationship-building with salons, strategic planning, and cross-functional collaboration to exceed territory targets. Travel and weekend work may be required as part of a dynamic beauty sales environment.

Qualifications

• Experienced sales representative from the salon or luxury beauty industry.
• College degree strongly preferred with 4+ years in sales/beauty retail.
• Proficient in MS Office; Excel and PowerPoint; Salesforce.com or related CRM.

Responsibilities

• Develop long-term growth strategy to secure new partnerships with salons and brands.
• Execute ongoing meetings with salon prospects to identify opportunities.
• Maintain relationships with existing salon clients and drive growth.
• Provide education and training support to elevate product adoption and sales.
• Collaborate with internal teams to forecast sales and design programs.
