Job summary

The RealReal, Inc. is seeking an experienced Luxury Sales Specialist who can leverage an established book of business to source high-value luxury consignments. This is a 100% commission-based, remote, field-based role open to many US cities across multiple states.

The ideal candidate has deep luxury brand knowledge and a proven ability to cultivate elite client relationships. As a premier brand ambassador, you will monetize your network, coordinate pickup and valuation, and drive ongoing growth

Qualifications

• Established network capable of generating high-value luxury consignment opportunities.
• Deep knowledge of luxury brands across handbags, jewelry, watches, and ready-to-wear.
• Ability to work independently and drive results without daily oversight.
• Professionalism to maintain trust with high-net-worth individuals.
• Comfort with CRM tools and digital platforms to manage client pipeline.

Responsibilities

• Monetize your existing network by sourcing high-quality consignments.
• Cultivate elite client relationships with white-glove service.

• Manage end-to-end logistics from client pickup to authentication center.
