Job summary

The RealReal, Inc. seeks Luxury Sales Specialists who already have a strong book of business to monetize luxury consignments on a part-time, commission-only basis.

This remote, field-based role invites entrepreneurs who can source high-value items from private clients and manage end-to-end logistics with a white-glove approach. You’ll leverage your network to secure elite consignments, maintain long-term relationships, and drive independent growth while meeting in-market clients as needed.

Qualifications

• Must have an established, active personal and professional network with high-value luxury consignments.
• Deep knowledge of top-tier luxury brands across handbags, jewelry, watches, and ready-to-wear.
• Proven ability to manage your schedule independently and drive results without daily oversight.
• Exceptional professionalism and the business acumen to maintain trust with high-net-worth individuals.
• Comfort with CRM tools and digital platforms to manage client pipeline.
• Willingness to travel within your regional market to meet clients on-site.
• Valid driver’s license (except in Manhattan and Chicago markets) and vehicle insurance.
• Preferred experience in personal styling or luxury retail sales.

Responsibilities

• Monetize your existing network by sourcing high-quality luxury consignments.
• Cultivate long-term, trust-based relationships with high-net-worth clients.
• Develop and execute outreach strategies to bring in high-end consignments.
• Coordinate pickup, valuation, and shipping to authentication centers.
• Deliver a premium, white-glove service throughout the consignment lifecycle.
