Job summary

Elite Escapes, a fully remote travel company, is seeking a Remote Destination Wedding Travel Planner. You will design customized destination-wedding itineraries, connect with couples to capture their vision, and guide them through bookings from planning to post-wedding follow-up.

You'll coordinate group travel details, handle payments and guest arrangements, and craft memorable experiences with excursions, honeymoons, and special moments for couples and guests.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills to guide couples through decisions.
• Ability to organize multiple moving pieces: guest lists, options, payments, and group logistics.
• Willingness to learn new tools, including CRMs, supplier portals, booking platforms, and group-travel systems.

Responsibilities

• Design customized destination-wedding travel plans including flights, stays, blocks, transfers, cruises, excursions, and honeymoons.
• Connect with couples to understand their vision, budgets, destinations, and non-negotiables; present tailored options and guide bookings.
• Coordinate travel details for wedding groups, ensuring clear options, timelines, payments, and support before departure.
• Respond to questions and changes with professionalism, including payments, upgrades, guest additions, date changes, transfers, and special requests.
• Elevate celebrations with romantic excursions, welcome experiences, activities, honeymoon ideas, and wow moments for couples and guests.
• Support clients from initial consultation through travel, including pre-departure, on-trip, and post-wedding follow-up.
