Job summary

Unique Escapes is seeking an Event Destination Specialist to plan unforgettable group travel, weddings, corporate retreats, and incentive trips. This remote role focuses on sales, travel research, and turning client visions into organized experiences.

You will guide clients from inquiry to booking, propose destinations, prepare proposals, and provide stellar follow-up throughout the sales process.

Qualifications

It requires strong sales, communication, presentation, and relationship-building abilities.
It helps to be experienced with CRM tools and client management.
Excellent written and spoken communication is essential for proposals and follow-ups.

Responsibilities

Generate, qualify, and follow up with leads for destination weddings, group trips, milestones, corporate retreats, incentive travel, and events.
Conduct discovery conversations to understand destination preferences, event goals, budget, dates, group size, and expectations.
Research destinations, resorts, venues, cruises, and travel packages matching client needs.
Prepare professional quotes, proposals, itineraries, and booking details for clients.
Present options clearly, highlighting value, inclusions, and unique experiences.
Guide clients through decision-making and the booking process with confidence and professionalism.
Build and maintain relationships with clients, suppliers, resorts, cruise lines, and internal teams.
Track leads, sales activity, proposals, payments, and deadlines in the CRM.
Coordinate group accommodations, transfers, excursions, and pre-/post-event stays.
