Job summary

Unique Escapes in the United States is seeking an energetic Event Destination Specialist to design memorable group travel, destination celebrations, and corporate retreats. You will manage inquiries from first contact through booking, propose destinations and packages, and craft compelling proposals with attention to detail.

This remote role emphasizes relationship-building, research, and proactive follow-up with clients and suppliers.

Qualifications

Strong sales, communication, presentation and relationship-building skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication with a warm, professional tone.

Responsibilities

Generate and follow up with leads for destination weddings, group trips, corporate events, and incentive travel.
Conduct discovery conversations to capture client preferences, budgets, dates and group size.
Research destinations, venues, and packages that fit client needs.
Prepare quotes, proposals, itineraries, and room-block summaries.
Present options clearly, highlighting inclusions and experiences.
Guide clients through booking with professionalism and confidence.
Maintain client relationships with suppliers and internal teams.
Track sales activity and booking details in the CRM.
Coordinate travel logistics including accommodations and transfers.
Follow up to move opportunities toward closure.
Maintain accurate records and documentation.
